Message from the Director of Human Resources
The insurance broking profession offers services which, to a large extent, repose on the personal skills and qualities of its professionals. Verspieren has therefore founded its strategy on values in which Human Resources occupy a major position.
Ludovic Magnin
Director of Human Resources
Our group consists of 1,600 people operating in a relatively decentralised organisation which offers each the opportunity to put his expertise into practice within a structure suited to his profile.
Verspieren is an insurance broking company offering both general and multi-specialist services. Its client approach consists of identifying precisely the problems relating to the client's risks, of implementing the most appropriate coverage solutions, and of offering the client high-quality services. It is for this reason that Verspieren offers a wide range of jobs allowing its employees to operate in a variety of professional contexts. Our employees' skills and qualities therefore include technical competence, good relational skills, attentiveness, innovation, a taste for teamwork, and cultural open-mindedness.
The collective wealth of our human resources is the result of the complementary character of the individual profiles and of a stable workforce strengthened by the regular addition of "new blood". In order to be fully in tune with sociological realities, Verspieren's social policy is inspired by a dominant precept: motivation.
This motivation is reflected in the pleasure and pride which employees derive from belonging to and contributing to the success of our group, as well as in the enthusiasm which candidates demonstrate in applying to it. The policy is implemented with the help of those tools and processes which are collective status, internal communication, training, the management of career plans, and recruitment.
The Human Resources Department contributes to maintaining and developing those qualities which characterise and define Verspieren: a high-performance company which enjoys an excellent reputation, is strongly attached to lasting values, and in which human qualities constitute the first vehicle of success.
